Be careful which room you get... some have wardrobes, other just 3 pegs, no hangers!! (I pushed to get a hanger, was offered room c hange after id unpacked... did get 3 but really only needed 1

Front desk very unhelpful. I will never stay here again and advise you to look elsewhere. My husband accidentally booked this hotel and immediately called them back. They refused to give us a refund or transfer our $100 to another Quality Inn in the city we needed. Customer service was extremely poor.

They canceled my booking before I even got there and they said they called me and emailed me which was a lie. And I was left to find a room last minute during the most busiest weekend up there. I went from suppose to pay $255.00 for two nights, to having to pay $318.00 for one night at a room that was twenty minutes away from downtown.
